Kit Unfinished: You assemble and finish. Save money by participating the production process. Individual parts are made from beautiful 1" (5/4") Western Red Cedar. Parts have all corners rounded over with 3/8" bit. Every part is sanded on all sides and pre drilled for screws and or bolts. Easy to follow pictorial instructions and weather resistant hardware are included.

Partially Assembled Unfinished: All parts are processed the same as the kit. 75% to 90% of furniture pieces are assembled for you. Assembled components are glued and screwed together for additional strength. Example: Only nine parts to assembled on chair instead of 29 parts. Only 3 parts to assemble on the ottoman instead of 11. Easy to follow pictorial instructions and hardware included.

Painted Partially Assembled: All parts are processed the same as the unfinished partially assembled pieces. 75% to 90% of parts are assembled with appropriate components glued and screwed together for additional strength. For example: only six parts to assemble on the end table instead of fourteen. A quality stain blocking primer is applied, dried and sanded smooth. A colorful, tough and thick latex acrylic outdoor paint is applied and dried in a 95 degree dry room. All hardware and easy to follow pictorial instructions included.
